Check the correct vowels for your verb in a dictionary. Common patterns: كَتَبَ يَكْتُبُ (a/u), فَتَحَ يَفْتَحُ (a/a), جَلَسَ يَجْلِسُ (a/i), شَرِبَ يَشْرَبُ (i/a), كَرُمَ يَكْرُمُ (u/u).

How it works

This basic tool applies the standard Form I (فَعَلَ) patterns to sound (صحيح سالم) triliteral roots. The middle vowel of each verb is lexical and must be checked in a dictionary — e.g. كَتَبَ يَكْتُبُ, فَتَحَ يَفْتَحُ, جَلَسَ يَجْلِسُ. Weak, hamzated and doubled roots are not yet supported and are rejected rather than conjugated incorrectly.
